Mucklow & Harris Ltd have recently been appointed to work in conjunction with Miller Homes on the Lantern Lane Development, for the construction of 195 new homes of varying types and sizes, including affordable housing.
Our involvement will be to provide both structural and civil engineering work packages for construction on site and to meet all necessary building regulations.
We have worked to design a sustainable drainage solution to manage surface water run off including the use of drainage swales and ponds.
The site is set to include a publicly accessible open space and a natural play area which will add to the semi-rural feel of the estate.
